Who this notice covers

This notice explains how Prajjwal Kumar, an independent freelance web developer based in Uttar Pradesh, India, handles information received through this website and related service enquiries. For privacy questions or requests, contact prajjwalwebdev@gmail.com.

Information collected

The quote form asks for your name, WhatsApp number, required service and budget range. You may also provide a message. Please do not include passwords, payment card details or sensitive personal information.

The form also records the landing-page URL, campaign parameters (gclid, utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term and utm_content), enquiry timestamps and a request ID. These help identify the source of an enquiry and prevent duplicate submissions. Your hosting provider may process technical request information, such as IP address and browser details, to deliver and protect the website.

How information is used

Contact details are used to respond to your enquiry and discuss the services you requested. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

Enquiry and campaign information is used to prepare a quote, understand requirements, manage follow-ups, prevent spam and assess which advertising leads to enquiries.

Where information goes

When the form is connected, submitted enquiries are sent through Google Apps Script to a Google Sheet managed by Prajjwal Kumar. An email copy may be sent to the enquiry inbox if notifications are enabled. Google, OpenAI (when ChatGPT Ads measurement is configured) and the website hosting provider process information as part of supplying their services and may process it in countries outside India.

WhatsApp, email, phone and LinkedIn links open separate services. Information you share there is also subject to those providers' privacy practices. The prefilled WhatsApp message following a quote includes your name, selected service and budget; you can edit it before sending.

Browser storage and advertising measurement

This page uses sessionStorage to keep campaign details, the original landing URL and request IDs during a browser session. It also records whether a successful form request has already been counted, to avoid counting it again on retry. This storage normally clears when the tab or browser session ends.

Google Ads, optional Google Analytics and the OpenAI measurement pixel for ChatGPT Ads, when configured, measure page visits, successful form submissions and contact-link clicks. They may use cookies or similar identifiers and process browser, device and page information. Names, phone numbers and message text are not explicitly sent as conversion-event parameters. Do not put personal information in page or campaign URLs. You can manage cookies in your browser, Google advertising preferences through Google My Ad Center, and ChatGPT ad preferences in your ChatGPT settings. Blocking measurement does not prevent you from contacting Prajjwal.

Retention and your choices

Enquiry information is kept while it is needed to discuss your request, deliver an agreed project, and maintain records required for that work or by applicable law. You can email to ask about retention or request deletion of information that is no longer needed.

To request access, correction or deletion, withdraw permission for further enquiry follow-ups, or raise a privacy concern, email prajjwalwebdev@gmail.com. Include enough information to identify your enquiry, but do not send identity documents unless specifically needed and requested. Some records may need to be retained for an active project or legal obligations.
